As part of the implementation of this project, the Mayor of the 5th Arrondissement of Douala, the Contracting Authority, is launching a consultation for the supply and installation of a communication center (walkie-talkie) for the municipal police.
The suppliers to participate of this tender should be of Cameroon origin.
The consultation file may be withdrawn from the Contracts Department, against presentation of a receipt for payment of a non-refundable sum of 45,000 (Forty-five thousand) FCFA payable to the Municipal Receipt Office.
The descriptive and quantitative estimate of the supplies shall be quoted exclusive of value added tax (VAT) and all taxes included (VAT) and submitted no later than 23/08/2023 at 12 a.m. local time in a closed, sealed and sealed envelope, addressed to the Contracting Authority with the mention :

The supply of the commodities will be done in a single lot within a deadline of one (01) month.
Tenders written in French and/or English and in nine (09) copies including one (01) original and eight (08) copies marked as such, accompanied by the stamped and signed submission model, will be submitted to the contract services and analyzed. no later than 23/08/2023 from 1 p.m., local time, by the Internal Tenders Commission of the Douala 5th District Municipality in the meeting room, sitting in the presence of the tenderers who so wish or their duly authorized representatives and having a perfect knowledge of the offers.
