1.Objet New(Additif)

The State of Cameroon represented by the Divisional Delegate of Public Contracts for Manyu, theContracting Authority, hereby launches a requesi for quotation FOR THE SUPPLY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO THE INTEGRATED HEALTH CENTRE, EKOK, EYUMOJOCK SUD-DIVISION

2.Consistance des prestations New(Additif)

THE SUPPLY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO THE INTEGRATED HEALTH CENTRE, EKOK, EYUMOJOCK SUD-DIVISION

3.Cout Prévisionnel New(Additif)

The Amount of the project aller preliminary studies is fixed at Eight million (8.000.000) FCFA.

4.Participation et origine New(Additif)

Participation in this invitation is open to registered qualified contractors of the Republic of Cameroon with financial ability, technical and professional expertise in media] equipments Supplies

5.Financement New(Additif)

The supplies, subject of the present Request for Quotation, shall be financed by the Public Investment Budget 2018

6.Consultation du Dossier New(Additif)

The Quotation file may be consulted at the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts for Manyu during working hours.

7.Acquisition du Dossier New(Additif)

The Quotation file may be acquired from the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts for Manyu upon presentation of a non refundable treasury receipt of Sixteen Thousand (16000) francs CFA bearing the naine of the company.

8.Remises des offres New(Additif)

Each offer or bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such in accordante with the prescriptions of the tender file should be submitted against a receipt cf the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Manyu not later than 12/04/2018. at 09 am local lime and should carry the inscription:

 

9.Delai de Livraison New(Additif)

The maximum deadline provided by the project owner for the delivery of the supplies is one month

10.Cautionnement Provisoire New(Additif)

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first rate banking establishment approved by the MINFI of an amount of one hundred and sixty thousand (160000) FCFA.

11.Recevabilité des Offres New(Additif)

Each offer or bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such in accordante with the prescriptions of the tender file should be submitted against a receipt cf the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Manyu not later than 12/04/2018. at 09 am local lime and should carry the inscription:

The offers or bids submitted after the stipulated deadline shall not be received.

12.Ouverture des Plis New(Additif)

The opening of the bids in one phase shall be done on 12/04/2018 at 10 am in the Conference Hall of the Divisional Delegation of MINEPAT by the competent tenders' board.

Only bidders may attend or be duly represented by a person of their choice, who has full knowledge of the file

Bids should be costed exclusive of value added taxes (VAT) and all taxes inclusive (ATI) and accompanied by the signed model tender if your bid is chosen.
