The Government of Cameroon, represented by the lord mayor of Bamenda III Council, contracting authority hereby launches a request for quotation for the purchase and supply of materials to Five (05) Common Initiative Groups (C.I.Gs) in Bamenda III

The services of this request for quotation include the supply of items described in the bill of quantities and cost estimates below

The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 5 000 000 (Five million)

The supply is in a unique lot:

THE PURCHASE/SUPPLY OF MATERIALS TO FIVE (05) COMMON INITIATIVE GROUPS (C.I.Gs) IN BAMENDA III SUB-DIVISION MEZAM DIVISION OF THE NORTH WEST REGION.

Participation to this consultation is open to Small and Medium Size Enterprises with proven experience in this domain.

Supplies which form the subject of this request for quotation   are financed by the 2023 public investment budget of MINPMEESA budget head no. ________________________

The Tender file could be consulted in the Bamenda III Council office, Service of Award on publication of this invitation

The file may be consulted and obtained at the Bamenda III Council office, Contracts Award Service with effect from the date of signature of this Tender Notice upon presentation of a receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable fee of 18.000 (Eighteen Thousand Francs CFA) into the Bamenda III Council Treasury, representing the cost of purchasing the tender file. 

Complete bidders’ files, including all administrative documents, must be deposited in 07 copies including the original file and 06 copies on the 24/08/2023at 10:00 AM local time in sealed envelopes, in the Bamenda III Council office, Service of Award bearing on:

The dead line of execution is Sixty (60) days from the date of notification for this Jobbing Order to begin. 

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in this Consultation File, of an amount of 100.000 CFA (one hundred thousand francs) CFA and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids.

Bids will be opened on the 24/08/2023at 11:00 AM in the conference hall of the Bamenda III Council, by the Bamenda III Council Internal Tender’s Board, in the presence of the bidders or their mandated representatives with full knowledge of the files if they so desire.

The bids will be evaluated exclusively of value added tax (EVAT) and all taxes inclusive (ATI) and accompanied by a signed model submission.
