Bids must each be accompanied by a bid bond ofone hundred and eighty thousand (180,000) CFA francs issued by abank or insurance company approved by the Ministiy ofFinance. The validity ofthis guarantee should be thirty (30) days, beyond the initial date ofthe siibmission ofoffers.

Tenders will be opened on Wednesday August 30 at II a.m. in the conférence room ofthe Commune of Bazou by the Internai Commission for the Award of Public Contracts with the Communeof Bazou sitting in the presence ofthe lenderers ortheir duly authorized représentatives and having a perfect knowledge ofthe file.
Tenders must be quoted excluding value added tax (VAT) and ail taxes included (TTC) and
accompanied by the signed, stamped and dated tender template.

The eliminatory criteria for bidders are as follows:
- Absence ofthe bid bond;
- Be on the iist ofcompanies suspended by the Authority responsible for public procurement;
- Not having satisfied at least 70% of the criteria for the analysis ofthe Technical spécifications;
- Omission ofa quantifled unit price;
- Absence or non-compliance of an administrative document at the end of the count and not completed after 48 hours;

The Mayor ofthe Commune of Bazou. Coniracting Authority, will award the conlract to thetenderer whose tender lias been found to be substantially compilant with the Request for Quoîation and who has the technical and fînancial capacities required to perform the contract satisfactorily and whose tender has been evaluated as the lowest price, including the discounts offered.
