Participation in this Invitation to tender is open to all Cameroonian Companies that have experience in water construction works.
Works for this invitation to tender will be financed by MINADER/MINEE from PIB 2018 resources. The Budget line is;5230393026416192811921
Tender documents can be consulted and obtained at the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts for Boyo in Fundong, onthe publication ofthis tender. The tender files will be obtained upon presentation of a payment into the State treasury Fundong of a non-refundable sum, representing thecostof acquisition of the tender file and is sixteen thousand (16 000) Francs CFA. Bids drafted in French or English in seven (07) copies, including one original and six(06) duplicate labeled as such, must be submitted to the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Boyo againsta duly signed receipt, latest 30/04/2018, at 10 o'clock prompt. They must be labeled as follows:

The maximum period for the execution of the present contract is three (03) months.
Each bid must include abid bond valid for ninety(90) days, from the date of submission of bids, and issued bya banking institution approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance and whose amount is One hundred and sixty thousand (160 000) FCFA.
Only the originals or certified true copies, of not more than three (3) months old,of the required administrative documents must be submitted, otherwise they will be rejected. Bidders should contact the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Boyo for further explanations on the required administrative documents, before submitting their bids,
The opening of bids by the Divisional Tender Board will take place on 30/04/2018 at 11:00am local time in the Conference Hall of the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Boyo. This shall be done in one phase. Only bidders or their mandated competent representatives who have good knowledge of their files may takepart in the opening session.
