Mindful of Law No. 2020/018 of 17 December 2020 on the Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the  2021 financial year;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 09 December 2011 to organise the Government;
Mindful of Decree No.  2011/409 of 09 December 2011 to appoint the Prime Minister, Head of Government;
Mindful of Decree No.  2011/410 of 09 December 2011 to form the Government;
Mindful of Decree No. 2012/075 of 08 March 2012 to organise the Ministry of Public Contracts;
Mindful of Decree No. 2012/268 of 11 June 2012 to organise the Ministry of Basic Education; 
Mindful of Decree No. 2018/366 of 20 June 2018 to institute the Public Contracts Code;
Mindful of Circular-letter No. 00000242/C/MINFI of 30 December 2020 on the Instructions relating to the Execution of the Finance Laws, the Monitoring and Control of the Execution of the Budgets of the State and Other Public Entities for the 2021 financial year;
Mindful of the Call for Expression of Interest No.002/A/171/ASMI/MINEDUB/SG/DRFM/UGSC-C2DE/EPM/AA/2021 of 28 July 2021 in view of the prequalification of insurance companies for the subscription of a health insurance policy for the staff of the management unit, monitoring and coordination of the c2d-education program;
Mindful of the Analysis report of files for Expression of Interest received;

DECIDES:

Article 1: That Call for Expressions of Interest under section is declared unsuccessful because none of the insurance companies that submitted a file has been able to fulfil the required conditions.

Article 2: This Decision shall be registered and published where ever need be./-
