The Major of KAR-HAY Council, Contracting Authority, launches on behalf of KAR-HAY Council an opened invitation quotation to tender relative to supply of a Vehicle type 4X4 Doubles Air Condition to KAR-HAY COUNCIL, Mayo Danay Division and Far-North Region.

THE SUPPLY OF A VEHICLE PICK-UP TYPE 4X4 DOUBLES AIR CONDITION

The  estimated cost is THIRTY five million (35 000 000) CFA Francs TTC.

      Participation in this tender is opened with equal conditions to all Cameroonian enterprises or group of enterprises under Cameroonian law, with a good experience in the area of vehicle supplying. 

         Through this consultation, enterprises interested in this tender are invited to provide their offers with authentic information which should permit them to select the one which is able to carry out the work after a deep and objective evaluation of its file.

The works, objet the present consultation, are financed by THE KAR-HAY’S OWN FUNDS for the 2023 financial year,

The consultation file is available at KAR-HAY Council, (Tenders Unit), which is located in the meeting hall.

The tender documents may be obtained at the division of contracts (tenders unit) situated in the KAR-HAY COUNCIL) against the presentation of the receipt of a non-refundable sum of Forty five Thousands (45 000) CFA F into the Public treasury.

Drafted in English or French and in seven (7) copies including one (1) original and six (06) copies labeled as such, tenders shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and against a receipt of the Division of contracts (Tenders Unit) at the Mayo Danay Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts, which is the contractor and situated in the building of of Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts for Mayo Danay in Yagoua, not later than   13/10/2023 at 2 p.m. local time.
