Mindful of its subject: THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BOREHOLE 10M ELEVATED STORAGE TANK(5M3)EQUIPPED WITH SOLAR PUMP IN SOME LOCALITITES IN BAMENDA II SUB-DMSION, MEZAM DIVIDED INTO 2 LOTS
Mindful of the Project Owner herein referred to the Moyor of Bamenda II Council,
Mindful of the source of Financing: Public Investment Budget(PIB)of MlNDHU-2021
Mindful of the decree N° 2012/074 of march 2012 Creating, Organizing and Functioning of the Tenders Board;
Mindful of the Arretes N° 00371/A/MINMAP of 11/12/2014, No. 00028/A/MINMAP of 13/02/2015 And No.00099/A/MINMAP of 22/05/2015 Creating Council Internal Tenders Boards;
Mindful of the circular N° 001/CAB/PR of 19th June 2012 in relation to the Award and Control of Public Contracts;
Mindful of the Awards Proposal transmitted by the B.ll.C.ITB on the 28/04/2021;
HEREBY DECIDES
Article 1: that the PROJECT CONSTRUCTION of a BORBIOLE 10M ELEVATED STORAGE TANK(5M3)EQUIPPED WITH SOLAR PUMP IN SOME LOCALITES IN BAMENDA II SUB-DIVISlON MEZAM DIVIDED INTO 2 LOTS IS AWARDEDTO THE ENTERPRISE MENTIONED BELOW:

Article 2:The Successful Bidder is requested to report to the Bamenda il Council Office and sign the Draft Jobbing Order.
Article 3t Hiis present Award Decision shall be published and registered where need be.
Article 4;The Unsuccessful Bidders.are requested to withdraw their Files within 15 days. After this deadline,these Files will be destroyed.
