MINDFUL OF:  Decree N° 2012/075 of 08 March 2012 organizing the Ministry of Public Contracts;

MINDFUL OF: Decree N° 2012/075 of 08 March 2012 creating, organizing and functioning of the Tenders  Board of Public Contracts;

MINDFUL OF:    Decree N° 2004/275 of 24 September 2004 on the Public Contracts Codes;

MINDFULOF:   Circular N° 004/CAB/PM of 30 December 2005 in relation to the application of the Public  Contracts Code;

MINDFUL OF:    Circular N° 001/CAB/PR of 19 June 2012 in relation to the award and control of Public Contracts;

CONSIDERING: Arrete No. 0175/CAB/PR of 02 April 2015 bearing on the appointment of Mr. BANG Joseph EWUNSOH as the Regional Delegate of Public Contracts for the North West,

CONSIDERING: Open National Invitation to Tender N° 030/ONIT/RDMINMAP/NWRTB/2017 of 10/07/2017 for the control of the construction works of Bali courthouse in Mezam Division, in the North West Region of Cameroon (Phase I).

CONSIDERING: Ministerial Letter N° 005925/L/MINMAP/SG/DGMI/DMBEC/CEA3 of 21/08/2017 signed by the Minister of Public Contracts awarding the said contract to BET integrated Engineering Associates, B.P 720 Bamenda for a contract amount of Sixty Million (60.000.000) francs CFA by Mutual Agreement;

HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:

1) That Award Decision N° 037/MINMA/RDNW/SMAS/2017 of 11/08/2017 Bearing on the award of the Jobbing Order relating to Open National Invitation to Tender N° 030/ONIT/RDMINMAP/NWRTB/2017 of 10/07/2017 for the control of the construction works of Bali courthouse in Mezam Division, in the North West Region of Cameroon (Phase I) awarded to INTEGRATED ENGINEERING ASSOCIATES (lEA) LTD is hereby cancelled;

2) That the said Award Decision has been cancelled following Ministerial letter N° 005925/L/M1NMAP/SG/DGMI/DMBEC/CEA3 of 21/08/2017 signed by the Minister of Public Contracts awarding the same contract to the same company by Mutual Agreement;

3)That INTEGRATED ENGINEERING ASSOCIATES (lEA) LTD shall not be applied the consequences of termination of  an award procedure as stated by law because it has not defaulted the award procedure in any way;

4) This Decision shall be registered and published where ever need be. /-
