• Mindful of International Competitive Bidding N° 44/ICB/LIFIDEP/STB/2020of12/1/2021 for design, supply and installation of plant, machinery and equipment for three milk processing plants and milk collection points in two(02)lots to the Livestock and Fisheries Development Project(LIFIDEP]
• Mindful of letter N° 117 /LIFIDEP-NW/ 10 /I of 22/6/2021 from Chairman of the LIFIDEP
• Special Tenders’ board recommending the awards,
• Mindful of letter 000236/L/MINMAP/CCCM-AG/2021 of 26/7/2021 from the Central Contracts Control Board for General Supplies, expressing their non objection to the award proposals
• Mindful of letter RHA/CMR/LIFlDEP/PPR-10155/15097/2021 of 15/9/2021 from the Islamic Development Bank(IsDB)expressing their non objection for the award of the contracts for the for design, supply and installation of plant, machinery and equipment for three milk processing plants and milk collection points in two (02) lots and requesting for renewal ofbid validity period.
• Considering letter No ID 9309 of 29/9/2021 from Diste Cable, requesting for price adjustments. Considering letter RHA/CMR/LIFIDEP/PPR-101592/211/2021 of 13/11/2021 from the Islamic Development Bank(IsDB)recommending that the bidding be declared unsuccessful,

HERBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:

Competitive Bidding N° 44/ICB/LIFIDEP/STB/2020 of12/1/2021 for design, supply and installation of plant, machinery and equipment for three milk processing plants and milk collection points in two(02)lots to the Livestock and Fisheries Development Project(LIFIDEP) has been declared unsuccessful
