Each bid, drafted in French or English in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should be submitted against receipt to the Ministry of Social Affairs - Department of General Affairs – Sub-Department of Budget, Equipment and Maintenance – Public Tenders Service - Room 24 latest 06th march 2020, at 2 pm, and shall be labeled as such: “Open National Invitation N° 0003/AONO/MINAS/CIPM/2020 of 04th February 2020 for the supply and installation of computer hardware for the central services of the Ministry of Social Affairs".
