The supplies comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.
The estimated costs of the supplies after prelilninary studies is: 10,000,000 FCFA
Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this request for quotation
Services which form the subject of this request for quotation shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the 2024 financial year. Budget head No: 58 40 047 06 641931 524412
Interested eligible bidders may consult the tender documents during working hours 7:30 am-3:30pm as from the date of publication of this request for quotation, at the Limbe Il Council Office private secretariat of the Mayor, as soon as this notice is published.
The file may be obtained from the Limbe Il Council as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of non-refundable fees of (thirty-four thousand(34,()0()) FCFA, payable at Limbe 11 Municipal Treasury

Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC (Commission Banqaire pour I 'Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list in Document 12 of this tender file of an amount of two hundred set at 2 % ofthe estimated amount, all taxes inclusive, and with a validity period ofninety (90) Daysfrom the date the bids are opened
