As part of the implementation of the Public Investment Budget for the year 2024, the Mayor of Yabassi Council, Contracting Authority, launches a notice of request FOR THE YABASSI LITERACY CENTER EQUIPMENT AND YABASSI SAR/SM MACHINE EQUIPMENT-NKAM DIVISION – LITTORAL REGION.

The supply to be delivered is described in the terms of reference attached to the consultation filed.

The estimated cost of the operation following prior studies stands at:

Participation in this tender is open on equal terms, to Cameroonian law firms with technical, financial and legal capacity to supply equipments.

Benefits, subject of this Tender, is funded by the Public Investment Budget (PIB) of the Republic of Cameroon, fiscal year 2024.

The tender file can be consulted during working hours as of publication of this offer at Yabassi Council.

The tender documents can be obtained at working hours at the Yabassi Prefecture as of publication of this Offer, against presentation of a receipt of payment of a nonrefundable sum of fifty five  thousand (55 000) FCFA to the YABASSI municipal treasury.

Each offer in French or English in seven (07) copies, one (01) original stamped and six (06) copies marked as such will have to be dropped at the Yabassi Prefecture in sealed envelope latest on 28^th March 2024 at 11 AM and should be entitled:

The maximum period of performance provided by the Contracting Authority for the implementation of the project is:

To avoid rejection, the administrative documents required must imperatively be produced originals or true copies certified by the issuing service or administrative authority, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations of the quotation file. Any incomplete offer in accordance with the prescriptions of this notice and quotation file will be declared inadmissible, especially the failure models of parts of the Tender File, will result in rejection of the offer.

The bids shall be opened in a single phase on 28^th March 2024 at 12 AM by the Divisional Commission of Tenders Board of the NKAM, at the Yabassi Prefecture. Only bidders will be allowed to attend the opening session, or their duly mandated representatives, having a good knowledge of the case.

Eliminatory criteria

• Documents not produced in seven (07) copies
• Incomplete administrative file;
• False declarations or falsified documents ;

The contract will be awarded to the bidder with lowest cost, and having fulfilled both the specifications of the tender file and the required technical and financial capacity.

NB: The same bitter can be awarded both of the lots.

The tenderers remain committed to their offers during a ninety (90) days deadline as from the deadline fixed for the reception of the offers.
