LOT I: The Equipment of 3 Literacy centers within Buea; of BALALIA, Kinge Literacy Center and Manjinja Folkore LOT Il: The Equipment in benches, teachers, tables and chairs in some primary school in the Buea Municipality (G.S. Molyko Town, G.S. Bwassa, G.S. Great Soppo I, G.S. Mapanja and GBPS Bonduma

LOT 111: supply ofEquipment to CEAC Bokova

The supplies comprise notably: supply of equipment, handling, setting up and acceptance.

The estimated cost after preliminary studies is as mentioned below all taxes inclusive

And valid for Thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids

Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises or companies that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on 26/03/2024 at ..11.local time by the Buea Council Tenders Board in the Buea Council Chambers. Only bidders may attend or be duly represented by a person with a written authorization and with a sound knowledge of the tender file.

The contract shall be awarded to the lowest bidder with the least evaluated financial offer having the technical and administrative files which are in conformity with the tender document/file.

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for Sixty (60) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
