THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT FOR THE MATENITY BLOCK 0F EKONDO TITI DISTRICT HOSPITAL
The total estimated cost of the project after preliminary studies is FORTY MILLION (40 000 000)
Participation is opened ta ail duly registered Cameroonian enterprises with the necessary technical and financial capacities who are not under suspension by the authority in charge of public contracts
The supply which forms the subject of this request for quotation shall be financed by the: SWRA BUDGET 2024. BUDGETARY LINE
The request for quotation may be consulted during working hours (7:30 AM-3:30 PM) in SWRA at the President's cabinet upon publication of this tender notice.
The request for quotation may be acquired from the President's cabinet of SWRA as soon as this notice is published and upon presentation of a non-refundable receipt bearing the amount of forty thousand francs ( 40 000) FCFA paid into Account of SWRA Treasury
Each bid drafted in English or French shah be presented in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such. These shah be submitted in one sealed pack containing three (3) envelopes; (A: Administrative file, B: Technical file, C: Financial file). The sealed pack shah bear no information on the enterprise, and should reach the President's cabinet latest the10/04/2024 at 10:00 am local time and should carry the inscription:
- Envelop A: administrative documents;
Envelop B: technical offer;
Envelop C: financial offer.
These three (03) envelops will be put in a fourth one which shall be Iabelled imperatively as follows:

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate financial establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 11 of the Request for quotation, and of an amount of: eight hundred thousand francs (800 000F)

18 Proof of acceptante of the contract conditions
The Jobbing order shall be awarded to the lowest bidder whose bids is in conformity with the technical requirement of the request for quotation, in accordance with adicle 99 of the public contracts code.
The bidders shall remain comrnitted to their offers/bids for a period of ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of bids.
