BY THE EMERGENCY PROCEDURE, Within the execution of the SWRA 2024.Budget, THE PRESIDENT OF THE SOUTH WEST REGIONAL EXECUTIVE COUNCIL hereby launches an REQUEST FOR QUOTATION THE SUPPLY OF MEDICAL EQUIPEMENT AT THE EKONDO TITI HEALTH DISTRICT (BONGONGO I)

THE SUPPLY OF MEDICAL EQUIPEMENT AT THE EKONDO TITI HEALTH DISTRICT (BONGONGO I)

The total estimated cosi^- of the project after preliminary studies is Twenty-five million ninety-four thousand four hundred (25 094 400) 

technical and financial capacities who are not under suspension by the authority in charge of public

contracts.

The supply which forme the subject of this request for quotation shall be financed by the: SWRA BUDGET 2024. BUDGETARY LINE: 222250

The request for quotation may be consulted during working hours (7:30 AM-3:30 PM) in SWRA at the President's cabinet upon publication of this tender notice.

The request for quotation may be acquired from the President's cabinet of SWRA as soon as this notice is published and upon presentation of a non-refundable receipt bearing the amount of twenty-five thousand (25 000)FCFA paid into Account of SWRA Treasury

The deadiine provided by the Project Owner foLthe execution of the supply is three (03) months from the date of notification of service order to start worle^{: 1-4}

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate financial establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 11 of the Request for quotation, and of an amount of: five hundred and one thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight (501,888), representing 2% of the total amount.

The opening of administrative^-documents and the technical and financial bids will be on the 10/04/2024 at 11 am prompt local time by the SOUTH WEST REGIONAL ASSEMBLY (SWRA) Internai Tencler's Board in the conference hall.

Absence of bid bond

-         False declaration or falsified documents;

Accreditation by MINSANTE to supply medical equipment

-         Omission of a quantified item on the bill of quantities and cost estimates

-         Non-Satisfactory mark of Seventy (70) % of the main qualification criteria.

-         Incomplete administrative documents atter 48hrs atter bid opening

Essential criteria

The evaluation criteria relate:11'o the qualification of bids will be binary as follows:

1 General presentation of the off

2 Justification of the turnover of the d'OMPany at least 25 000 000 F

3 Guarantee period of six months for each equipment

4 Pre financing Attestation of al least at 10 000 000 F

5 References of the Company

• General Reference of contracts of at least 25 000000 F

6 Methodology and planning of execution of the supply;

7 Execution period less than or e ual to that of the request forquotation; (3 months

Proof of acceptance of the contract conditions

The Jobbing order shah' be awarded to the Iowest bidder whose bids is in conformity with the technical requirement of the request for quotation, in accordance with article 99 of the public contracts code.

The bidders shah) remain committed to their offers/bids for a period of ninety (90) days from the deadhine set for the submission of bids.
