Singlle lot:CONSTRUCTION OF THE STREET LIGHTING FACILITIES IN SANTA TOWN
Participation in this Invitation to tender is open to all Cameroonian Companies that have experience in the execution of electrification works.
Works for this invitation to tender will be financed by the 2018 PIB resources. Expenditure Authorization: IT 04575
Tender documents can be consulted and obtained at the Office of the Santa Council, on the publication of this tender.
When obtaining the tender documents, bidder must get registered indicating their full address (post office box, tel, fax N°...., e-mail.. etc).
The tender files will be obtained on presentation of a payment into the Santa Council treasury of a non-refundable sum, representing the cost of acquisition of the tender file which is Eighty Thousand (80 000) Francs CFA.
Bids drafted in French or English in seven (07) copies, including one original and six (06) dupliatelabbed as such, must be submitted to the Public Contracts' Service of the Santa Council, against a duly receipt, latest 06/06/2018 at 12:00 noon. They must be labeled as follows:

FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE STREET LIGHTING FACILITIES IN SANTA TOWN, MEZAM DIVISION
The maximum period for the execution of the present contract is three (03) months.
Each bid must include a bid bond valid for ninety (90) days, from the date of submission of bids, and issued by a banking instituition approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance and whose amount is Eigth hundred thousand (800 000) Francs CFA.
Only the original or certified true copies, of not more than three (03) months old, of the required administrative documents must be submitted, otherwise they will be rejected.
Opening session: 06/06/2018 at 1:00 PM in the Conference Hall of the Santa Council.
The evaluation will be based on pre-defined criteria, which will be scored on a total of 55 Yes. as follows:
