for Quotation Supply of equipment at Integrated Health center at Man 0' War Bay
The supplies comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications
The estimated costs of the supplies alter preliminary studies is: 30,000,000 FCFA
Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this request for quotation
Services which fomi the subject of this request for quotation shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the 2024 flnancial year. Budget head No: 582710002641935524412
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information during working hours as from the date of publication of this request for quotation, at the Limbe III Council Office, as soon as this notice is published.

The maximum period provided for the execution of the supplies is Two (02) months.
Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC (Commission Bancaire pour l'Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list in Document 12 of this tender file of an amount of Six hundred thousand (600,000) FCFA
NB: h is set at 2 % of the estimated amount, all taxes inclusive, and with a validity period of ninety (90) days from the date the bids are opened.

The bids shah be opened in a single (01) phase on 16/04/2024 at 11.00am local time by the Limbe III Couina office at Chop Fam1 — Bimbia. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.

A bid shall be rejected if:
It lacks any Administrative document;
The technical score is less than the minimum required (<70%);
It has any fake or forged document;
Absence of any quantified unit price.
Noncompliance with the model bid documents.
- It carries any false information.
