Within the framework of the 2024 Public Investment Budget, the Mayor of the Muyuka Council hereby launches a Request for Quotation FOR THE SUPPLY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO BAVENGA-IKATA INTEGRATED HEALTH CENTER

The supplies comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specification.

The estimated cost of the project after preliminary studies is Sixtcen Million (16,000,000) Francs CFA.

Participation is opened to duly legalised ameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirement of this request for quotation.

Especially^. the absence of a bid bond issued by an approved bank by the Ministry in charge of Finance or the non-respect of the models of the request for quotation documents shah lead to outright rejection of the bid without appeal

The bids shall be opened in a single phase on the 30./04/2024 at 9:00 am local time by the Muyuka Council Internai Tenders Board in the Conference Hall of the Muyuka Council. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.

A bid shall be rejected if:

It lacks any administrative document; the bidder shall be given 48hours to provide it.

The technical score is less than the minimum required (<70%);
