The State of Cameroon represented by the Contracting Authority, hereby launches a request for Quotation for the supply of medical equipment in some integrated health center (IHC) in Mbonge sub - Division, Meme Division, South West Region.

This request for quotation comprises the follow Elements:

Participation in this invitation is open to registered qualified contractors with financial ability, technical and professional expertise in the domain of medical supplies, who are capable of realizing the supply within the contractuel deadline.

The supplies, subject of this request for quotation, shall be financed by the Public Investment Budget of 2024 of Ministry of public health. Assigned to the Mayor of Mbonge Council as Delegated Authorizing officers with Budget -leads N^°58 40 641916 46 24 211 respectively.

The Consultation file shall be obtained at the Mbonge Council within working hour as from the date of publication.

Consultation file shall be acquired from the Mbonge Council, at the Service of award of Public Contracts, Telephone N° 675 730 808/677 420 974 as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of Treasury receipt Against payment of a non- refundable sum of Fifty Thousand (50 000) francs CFA at the Municipal Treasury Mbonge. The receipt shall carry the name of the company

Each offer drafted in English or French in Seven (07) copies including the original and six 06) copies marked as such in accordance with the prescriptions of the tender file should be submitted at the Mbonge Council for, not later than 16T" May 2024 at 10. 00 AM prompt local time and shall be labelled as follows:

"REQUEST FOR QUOTATION N. 01 /RQ//MBONGE COUNCIL/MEME/ITB//2024 OF 17h APRIL 2024 FOR THE SUPPLY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT IN SOME INTEGRATED HEALTH CENTER (IHC) IN MBONGE SUS - DIVISION, MEME DIVISION, SOUTH WEST REGION TO BE OPENED ONLY DURING THE BID OPENING SESSION"

The maximum execution deadline provided for by the Mayor of Mbonge shall be Sixty (60) days, as from the date of notification of the service order

Each offer drafted in English or French in Seven (07) copies including the original and six 06) copies marked as such in accordance with the prescriptions of the tender file should be submitted at the Mbonge Council for, not later than 16T" May 2024 at 10. 00 AM prompt local time and shall be labelled as follows:

"REQUEST FOR QUOTATION N. 01 /RQ//MBONGE COUNCIL/MEME/ITB//2024 OF 17h APRIL 2024 FOR THE SUPPLY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT IN SOME INTEGRATED HEALTH CENTER (IHC) IN MBONGE SUS - DIVISION, MEME DIVISION, SOUTH WEST REGION TO BE OPENED ONLY DURING THE BID OPENING SESSION"

The Opening of bids in one phase shall be done on 16¹h May at 11.00 AM at the Mbonge Council Hall of by the Mbonge Council internai Tenders' board. Only bidders may attend or be represented by duly mandated persons of their choice.

The bids shall be evaluated exclusive of value added tax (EVAT) and all taxes inclusive (ATI) and accompanied by a signed model of submission.

Bidders shall remain committed to their offers for 60 days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
