MARROM. NJIKOUOCHIE. MAYOUOM, TAMTOUO, MANKI II CARREFOUR, in the CETIC of NKOUSSAM and MANKI II and at the NJIMOM High School in the Municipality of NJIMOM, NOUN Department, Western Région.
The technical characteristics of said office furniture and other equipment is specified in the Call of Tender.

Participation in this Cal! for Tenders is open to national companies specializing in ttie field of fumiture and/or cabinetmaking and wtio can demonstrate a minimum experience in the performance of similar services.

The service subject to ttiis Cal! for Tenders is financed by ttre budget of the Spécial Council Support Fund for Mutual Assistance (FEICOM) according to the terms of the financing agreement linking the Municipality of NJIMOM to FEICOM within the framework of this project.

The maximum deadiine provided by the Contracting Authority for thedelivery oftheservices relating to this invitation to tender shall be (thirty) 60 days (02 months), with effectfrom the date ofnotification of the service order to start the exécution of the contract.

Each bidder must include in their administrative documents, a bid bond established and issued by a first rank bank approved by the Ministry In charge ofFinance and ofwhich the list features in document 11 of the Invitation to tender (DAO), amounting CFA F, nlne hundred and twenty-seven thousand three hundred and forty-two (927,342) and valid for 30 days beyond the deadiine of the validity of bids.

Under pain of rejection, the administrative documents required, including a bid bond, should be produced in originals or in certified true copies by compétent authorities, in accordance with the stipulations of the Général Régulations of the Invitation to tender. They should be dated not more than three (03) months or should have been established later to the date of signing the Invitation Notice.
Any bid not compilant with the prescriptions of this Notice and Invitation to tender shall be declared inadmissible. Bids reaching after the dates and time-limits for the submission shall not be admissible.

The opening of bids, which shall be carried out in one phase, shall take place on 14/06/2024 at 10 prompt by the Internai Tenders Board in NJIMOM Councii In the ConférenceRoom ofTown Hall.
Only bidders or their duly mandated représentatives having perfect Knowledge ofthe file shall be called upon to take part in the opening session.

A. Eliminatory criteria:
1. incomplète administrative file nol regularized wlthin forty-eight (48) hours;
2. absence of a bid bond;
3. absence of a swom sworn certificateof non-abandonment of the Contract;
4. false déclaration or falsified documents;
5. technical score less than 70%;
6. omission in the priceschedule of a quantified unit price;
7. Omission in the price scheduleofa quantified unit price and Its sub-details;
8. Non-compliance with technical spécifications.
9. Non-compliance of the submission model.
B. Essential criteria:
1. Général présentation of bid;
2. Compliance of the equipment to the technical spécifications ofthe Invitation to tender;
3. After-sales service;
4. Maximum delivery deadiine ofsixty (60) days (02months).
Any submission nothaving obtained a cumulative percentage of70% of * YES» shall not have its financial bid examined.

Bidders shall remain committed by their bid for ninety (90) days with effect from the deadiine set out for the submission of bids.
