The opening of the Proposals :
The opening of tenders by the ADC.SA Special Contract Award Commission will take place in the meeting room of the General Management of Société Aéroports Du Cameroun S.A in the presence of the tenderers or their duly authorised representatives. This will take place in two stages, namely:
a.Firstly, the opening of the envelopes containing the Administrative File and the technical offer on 16/10/2023 at 1 p.m.
b.Secondly, and after notification to the tenderers of the results of the analysis of their technical offer by the project owner, only the qualified tenderers will be invited to open their financial offers. The date of this second opening session will be communicated to the said tenderers by the project owner.
