The General Manager of the Cameroon Development Corporation launches an Urgent Open National Invitation to Tender No. 003/CDC/MHSD/1TB/18 of 5/6/18 for the Supply of drugs, paramedicals, galenicals and laboratory reagents for CDC Medical Health Services Department.

The nature of the services involves the handling, transportation and Supply of drugs, paramedicals, galenicals and laboratory reagents as specified in the Technical Specifications as per the following lots;

estimated budget for the supplies is as follows;

This urgent National invitation to Tender is open to Enterprises which are authorized by the competent authority and have experience in the supply of
the above.

The Supplies of the above shall be financed by the CDC 2018 Budget.

Interested Bidders can consult the tender documents at the General Manager's Office (Room 208) during working hours (7.30 a.m to 4 p.m) Mondays to Fridays as from 5/6/18

Bidders can collect complete tender documents from the General Manager's office (Room 208) during working hours (7.30 am to 4pm) Mondays to Fridays as from 5/6/18 upon the payment of a non-refundable sum of 131,000 FCFA for the Tender to ARMP Special Account No. 335 98800001­89 with BICEC.

Complete offers written in either English or French and in Seven (7) copies (One Original and Six (6) Copies) sealed in an envelope shall be deposited at the General Manager's Office (Room 314) on or before the 26/6/18 at 1.00 p.m local time.

All deliveries shall be done at the Corporation's Supplies Department, CDC Tiko. The duration of execution shall not exceed Sixty (60) Days alter the notification of the Administrative orders to commence supplies.

Bidders shall provide Bid Bonds issued by a Commercial Bank or Financial Institution authorised to issue Bid Bonds for Public Contracts as per the list in Doc. 11 as follows;

The Bld Bonds shall have a validity of 120 days from the date the bids are opened.

Bids that do not conform with this invitation to tender and the tender documents shall be rejected.

Complete offers written in either English or French and in Seven (7) copies (One Original and Six (6) Copies) sealed in an envelope shall be deposited at the General Manager's Office (Room 314) on or before the 26/6/18 at 1.00 p.m local time.

The Bid Opening Session shall take place at the Tenders Board Office opposite CDC Head Office Bota-Limbe on the 26/6/18 at 2.00 pm local time in the presence of the Bidders or their duly mandated representatives. Only oDe-Reeesentative

- There is absence of an Administrative document.

- They have Incomplete Technical/ Financial Offers.

- They have falsified documents or false declarations

- They do not have an authorization from the competent authority to stock and distribute drugs, reagents, galenicals and para medicals
