The opening of the bids will be done in one time, on 10/11/2023  at 1:00 p.m., local time, in the conference room of the Regional Council of the Littoral in Douala – Bonanjo, by the Internal Procurement Commission of Markets placed with the Regional Council of the Littoral sitting in the presence of the tenderers or their duly mandated representatives.
Any tender that does not comply in whole or in part with the requirements of this Tender Document will be declared inadmissible.
