Mindful of Decree No.2018/366 of20/6/2019 modifying the Public Contract Code;
Mindful of Arrete No.00002/MINEPIA of 17/01/2014 appointing Mr. Mbah Shupong Michael as the Administrative Director of CDENO;
Mindful of Decision n°.0000005/CAB/MINMAP of 03/01/2020 appointing the President of the Internal Tender's Board ofCDENO;
Mindful of Decision n°.008/03 Vol.4/CDENO/AD of 02/04/2020 to establish the list of members for the CDENO internal Tender's Board;
Considering Open National Invitation to Tender N'’.001/ONIT/CDENO/TB/2022 of 09/02/2022 for the supply ofa 33.600 capacity Hatchery Unit with accessories to CDENO;

DECIDES

ARTICLE 1: That the contract to carryout the supply ofa 33.600 capacity Hatcher) Unit with accessories to CDENO. Mezam Division of the North West Region, following the invitation to tender mentioned above is awarded to the enterprise herein below as follows
