Mindful of Arrete No.00002/MINEPIA of 17/01/2014 appointing Mr. Mbah Shupong Michael as the Administrative Director ofCDENO;
Mindful of Decision n° 0000005/CAB/MINMAP of 03/01/2020 appointing the President of the Internal Tender's Board of CDENO;
Mindful of Decision n° .008/03Vol.4/CDENO/AD of 02/04/2020 to establish the list of members for the CDENO internal Tender's Board;
Considering Open National Invitation to Tender No. 004/ONIT/CDENO/CITB/2022 of 17/02/2022 for the construction of 14 permanent cattle crushes in some localities ofthe NWR LOT 2;
DECIDES
ARTICLE 1: That the contract to carry out the the construction of 14 permanent cattle crushes in some localities of the NWR LOT 2.following the invitation to tender mentioned above is hereby awarded to the enterprise below as fol ows:
