Mindful ofDecree No.2018/366 of20/6/2019 modifying the Public Contract Code;
Mindful of Arrete No.00002/MINEPIA of 17/01/2014 appointing Mr. Mbah Shupong Michael as the Administrative Director ofCDENO;
Mindful of Decision n°.0000005/CAB/MlNMAP of 03/01/2020 appointing the President of the Internal l ender's Board ofCDENO;
Mindful of Decision n° 008/03Vol.4/CDENO/AD of 02/04/2020 to establish the list of
members for the CDENO internal fender's Board;
Considering Open National Invitation to Tender No.008/ONIT/CDENO/CITB/2022 of 10/03/2022 for
the supply of cattle mass vaccination logistics to CDENO;

DECIDES

ARTICLE 1: That the contract to carry out the the supply of cattle mass vaccination logistics to CDENO Bamenda, Mezam Division of the NWR following the invitation to tender mentioned above is hereby awarded to the enterprise below as follows:
