The opening of the administrative documents and technical offers will take place on the 18/01/2024 at 1 pm, local time by the Internal Procurement Tenders Board of the Douala City Council, in its meeting room located in the sub-soil of the Municipal Multimedia Circle of Douala 1^st in Bonanjo. The opening of the financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will take place at a later date.
Only bidders may attend this open session or be represented by a duly authorized person of their choice.
