:                Addendum in the Preparation of Bids. Article 4; AMENDMENTS 4.1  This Addendum shall be considered an amendment to the tender files and is subject to all terms and conditions found in the tender files. 4.2. This Addendum shall not replace or supersede any prior amendments, modifications, or other provisions of the tender files unless explicitly stated herein. 4.3. Any conflict between the provisions of the Addendum and those of the tender files will be resolved in favour of this Addendum.
