• Mindful of the Re-launch of Request for Quotations N° 002/DC/MIDENO/MITB/13/84/2022 of 12th 2022 for the acquisition of fertilizers and pesticides for the 2022 farming season
through emergency procedure;
• Considering the evaluation of bids, the observations and the proposal for award No 004/UMiTB/2022 of 2nd June 2022 from the MIDENO Internal Tender Board;
