FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF ASSISTANT MONITORING AND EVALUATION EXPERT OF GRASSFIELD PARTICIPATORY AND INTEGRATED RURAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT IGP-lRDPl

The Government of Cameroon has received financing from the Islamic
Development Bank towards the cost of the Grassfield Participatory and Integrated Rural Development Project (GP-IRDP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consultant services. The services include recruitment of Assistant Monitoring and Evaluation Expert

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MINADER) through Grassfield participatory and Integrated Rural Development Project (GP-IRDP), the Project Management Unit (PMU) now invites interested candidates to present their candidature for the Post in providing the services. Interested candidates must provide specific information which demonstrate that they are fully qualified to
perform the services (letters of motivation for the position should be addressed to the Project Coordinator, detailed curriculum vitae duly signed, certified copies of certificates and work attestations and a certificate of non-conviction not more than 3 months old.

Applications, which should be in French or in English, must be received at the GP-IRDP Management Office at the address indicated above latest 23/11/2018 at 3:00p.m. local time.

The candidate for the position shall possess the following minimum qualification and experience requirement for the job:

•  At least a Bachelor's Degree in any of these disciplines: Management, Agronomist, Economics, or any other related field.
• At least (2) years work experience in Projects funded by Government,
  IDB and or other donors/funding bodies and organisations
• Any Work experience in the field of monitoring and evaluation in a Donor funded project would be an additional advantage to the candidate

The eligibility criteria, the constitution of shortlists and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the procedures set out in the Guidelines for the Use of Consultants under Islamic Development Bank Financing (current edition) which is available on the website address: http://www.isdb.org. The Coordination is not obliged to retain in the shortlists any interest manifested by a Candidate.
