Mindful of the decree N° 2012/074 of 08th March 2012 Creating, Organizing and Functioning of the Tenders Board;
Mindful of the Arretes N° 00371/A/MINMAP of 11/12/2014, No. 00028/A/MINMAP of 13/02/2015 And No. 00099/A/MINMAP of22/05/2015 Creating Council Internal Tenders Boards;
Mindful of the circular N° 001/CAB/PR of 19th June 2012 in relation to the Award and Control of Public Contracts;
Mindful of the Awards Proposal transmitted by the B.II.C.ITB on the 17/03/2022;
HEREBY DECIDES
