MINDFUL OF the Circular N° 004/CAB/PM of 30th December 2005 in relation to the application of Public Contracts Code;
Circular N° 00000456/C/MINFI of 30th December 2021 on instructions relating to the execution of Finance
laws, the Monitoring and Control of the Execution of the Budgets of the State and other entities for the 2022 fiscal year.
