CONSIDERING the Minutes ofthe Municipal Board Meeting ofMbengwi Council held on the 3rd March 2020 whereby Mr.Ndangsa Kenedy Akam was elected Mayor together with his Assistants;
MINDFUL OF:the Circular N° 001/CAB/PR of 19 June 2012 in relation to the award and control of Public Contracts;
MINDFUL OF the Circular N° 004/CAB/PM of 30 December 2005 in relation to the application of Public Contracts Code;
Circular N°00000456/C/MlNFI of 30th December 2021 on instructions relating to the execution of Finance laws, the Monitoring and Control of the Execution of the Budgets of the State and other entities for the 2022 fiscal year.
