The opening of the folds will be done in one step. The opening of administrative documents, technical and financial offers will take place on06 march 2024at 11 am by the Tonga Internal Procurement Commission sitting in the proceedings room of the said commune.

The opening of the folds will be done in one-step and in three stages:

• 1st step: Opening envelope A containing the administrative documents (volume 1);

• 2nd step Opening of the envelope B containing the technical offers (volume 2);

• 3rd step Opening of the envelope C containing the financial offers (volume 3).

All bidders can attend this opening session or be represented by a single duly authorized person (even in the event of a consortium) of their choice having perfect knowledge of the file.
