ADDITIONAL CLAUSE NO. 01   Bearing on the postponement of the opening date of the tender files   -        N°04/ONIT/BIIC/BIICITB/2024 of 07/02/2024  -       05/ONIT/BIIB/BIICITB/2024 of 07/02/2024 -       06/ONIT/BIIB/BIICITB/2024 of 08/02/2024   The state of Cameroon represented by the mayor of Bamenda II Council (CA) named as “Administration”                                          Hereby Decides as follows Article 1. The present additional clause has as objective the postponement of the opening date of the aforementioned projects due to conflicting dates on the various copies of the tender files and due to the fact that one of the opening dates falls on a saturday.   Article 2.  All the bids shall be opened on 14/03/2024   Article 3. That all the bidders in possession of their tender file should report at the Secretariat of the Mayor for further instructions upon publication of this note   Article 4. That the opening time remain unchanged as in the tender files while the submission of bids have been extended to on or before the 14/03/2024 at 10 :00am   Article 5. That this present additional clause is issued to serve the intended purpose
