The services related to this contract shall comprise the Supply of Agricultural Equipment_
The estimated cost of this tender is FCFA 14,255,000 (Fourteen Million Two Hundred and Fifty Five Thousand).

Participation in this invitation to tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian based enterprises that are experienced in the supply of agricultural equipment and which fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.
The supply which is subject of this invitation to tender shah be financed by Contrat Plan Etat /SOWEDA: Line MINADER/BIP-2017.
Interested bidders can consuit the tender file at the Head Office of SOWEDA, Buea (Department of Administration & Finance) during working hours (7.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.).
The tender file may be obtained from the sanie address above, as soon as this notice is published against payment of the sum of 15,000 (fifteen thousand) francs CFA, payable into the CAS-ARMP Account N° 335 988 in any BICEC Bank Branch.
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies comprising one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the SOWEDA Head Office (Department of Administration and Finance) South West — Buea, against a receipt not later than 02/09/2018 at 10.00 a.m. local time and labelled as follows:
The deadline provided for the delivery of the various items that are subject of this tender is fixed at 02 (Two) months.
Each bidder must include in their administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File and val id for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids amounting to FCFA 285,100 (two hundred and eighty fve thousand one hundred)

The contract shall be awarded to the bidder whose administrative bid shall be up-to-date, technical bid judged satisfactory and who shah' be the least bidder.
Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a period of 90 (ninety) days with effect from the date of opening of bids.
