Participation in this invitation is open to registered qualified contractors with financial ability, technical and professional expertise in the domain of supplies, who are capable of realizing the supply within the contractual deadline.
The supplies, subject of this request for quotation, shah! be financed by the Mbonge Council Budget for 2025. The Mayor of Mbonge Council as Authorizing officers with Budget Heads N°675 730 803/677 420 974 respectively
The Consultation file shall be obtained at the Mbonge Council within working hour as from the date of publication.

The Opening of bids in one phase shall be done on 14T11 February 2025 11.00 AM at the Mbonge Council Hall of by the Mbonge Council internal Tenders' board. Only bidders may attend or be represented by duly inundated versions of their choice.
The bide shah be evaluated exclusive of value-added fax (EVAT) and ail taxes inclusive (ATI) and accompanied by o signed model of submission.
Bidders shall remain committed to their offers for 60 days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
