Each offer written in English or French, in seven (07) copies of which one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, must be sent against receipt to the Tonga council (market services), no later than the 16 April 2024 to 10 AM local time and should be marked as follows:

The opening of the folds will be done in a time. The opening of administrative documents,
technical and financial offers will take place on the 08 April 2024  at 11:00 am by the internal Commission for Tonga council Procurement sitting in the room of the said Council
The opening of the folds will be done in a time and in three steps:
• 1st step: Opening envelope A containing the administrative documents (volume 1);
• 2nd step Opening envelope B containing the technical offers (volume 2);
• 3rd step Opening of the envelope C containing the financial offers (volume 3).
All bidders may attend this opening session or be represented by a single duly mandated person (even in case of consortium) of their choice with a perfect knowledge of the file.
