The bids shall be evaluated according to the main criteria as follows:

 Eliminatory criteria

1. Absence of a Bid Bond;
2. Incomplete or non -compliant administrative file at the end of the 48hrs period granted by the Tender’s Board Commission to comply.
3. Abandoned project by contractor for the past 2 two years
4. False declaration or falsified documents;
5. A bid with the external envelope carrying a sign or mark leading to the identification of the bidder;
6. Non-compliance with model bid
7. Absence of a quantified unit price;
8. Non respect of 75% of essential criteria;

Essential criteria

1-     General presentation of the tender files;

2-      Financial capacity;

3-     References of the company in similar achievements;

4-     Catalogue of equipment in colour including specifications and references;

5-     Quality of trainer (personnel)

6-     Draft jobbing odder duly filled initialed in all pages signed and dated on the last page.
