Participation in this invitation is open to registered qualified contractors with financial ability, technical and professional expertise in the domain of supplies, who are capable of realizing the supply within the contractual deadline.
The supplies, subject of this request for quotation, shall be financed by the Ministry of Youth's Affairs and Civic Education for 2025. The Mayor of Mbonge Council as Authorizing officers with Budget Heads N°5926 145 05 641 91 6 464211 541.
The Consultation file shall be obtained at the Mbonge Council within working hour as from the date of publication.
Consultation file shall be acquired from the Mbonge Council, at the Service of award of Public Contracts, Telephone N° 675 730 808/677 420 974 as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of Treasury receipt Against payment of a non- refundable sum of Thirty Thousand (30 000) francs CFA at the Municipal Treasury Mbonge. The receipt shall carry the nome of the company.
Each offer drafted in English or French in Six (06) copies including the original and five (05) copies marked as such in accordante with the prescriptions of the tender file should be submitted at the Mbonge Council for, not luter thon 4th March 2025 at 10. 00 AM prompt local time and shah be Iabelled as follows:

The Opening of bids in one phase shall be done on 4 March 2025 11.00 AM at the Mbonge Council Hall of by the Mbonge Councif internai Tenders' board. Only bidders may attend or be represented by duly mandated persons of their choice.
The bids shall be evaluated exclusive of value added fax (EVAT) and ail taxes inclusive (ATI) and accompanied by a signed model of submission.
Bidders shall remain committed to their offers for 60 days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
