The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 13.500.000FCFA.

Participation in this invitation is open to registered qualified bidders in the Republic of Cameroon with financial ability, technical and professional expertise in Supplies.

The supplies, subject of the present Request for Quotation, shall be financed by the Public Investment Budget 2025.

The Consultation file may be acquired from the Alou Ccouncil upon presentation of a non-refundable treasury receipt bearing the name of the company.

REQUEST FOR QUOTAT1ON N° 11/RWASD/ACIACTB/2025 OF 21/02/2025

For the Supply of Medical Equipment and Material in at IHC NJINAWUNG AND FUSSUNGU in the Alou Municipality.

The offers or the bids submitted after the stipulated deadline shall not be received. 

A three (3) month execution period.

Each bidder must include in his documents, a bid bond of 270 000FCFA issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose Iist is found in document N°. 5 of the Tender File, with a validity period of thirty (30) days from the date the bids are opened.

The opening of the bids in one phase shall be done on the 21/0312025at 11.00 am in the Conference Hall of the Alou Council by the competent tenders board. Only bidders may attend or be duly represented by a persan of their choice who has full knowledge of the file.
