Within the framework of the 2025 Public Investment Budget, the Lord Mayor of Limbe H Council hereby launches a Request for Quotation for THE SUPPLY OF 225 BENCHES O SCHOOLS IN LIMBE II

The supplies comprise the outcoine of the preliminary studios carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications

The estimated costs of the supplies after preliminary studies is: 6,750,000 FCFA

Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this request for quotation.

Services which fort the subject of this request for quotation shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the 2025 financial year

Interested eligible bidders may consult the tender documents during working hours 7:30 am-3:30pin as from the date of publication of this request for quotation, at the Limbe 11 Council Office private secretariat of the Mayor, as soon as this notice is published.

The file may be obtained from the Limbe II Council as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of non-refundable fees of (thirty-four thousand(I 0,000) FCFA, payable at Limbe II Municipal Treasury

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked ,as such, should reach the Limbe II Council office at Mokundange, latent on at 10: OOam local time and should carry the inscription:

The maximum period provided for the execution of the supplies is sixty (60) Days.

The bids shah' be opened in a single (01) phase on   28 MARS  2025  at 11:00am
local time by the Limbe II Council Internal Tender Board in the conference hall at the Council premises. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.

A bid shall be rejected if:

Absence of bid bond

Non-compliance of any Administrative document;(bidder is given 48 hours to furnish the board with.

The technical score is less than the minimum required (<70%);

It has any fake, false information or forged document;

Absence of any quantified unit price.

Non-compliance with the model bid documents.

It carries any false information.

It has incomplete technical and financial offer

Futures on the list of companies with abandoned or ongoing work established by MINMAP
