The bids shall be OPEN in a single phase. The opening of the administrative documents, the Technical and Financial offers will take place on the 24/05/2024 at 11.00 am local time, in the conference hall of the Internal Tenders Board, by its competent members. Only bidders may attend or be represented by duly mandated persons of their choice and who have good knowledge of their files.

THIS MODIFICATION DOES NOT GIVE RIGHT TO ANY ADDITIONAL TIME BECAUSE AT THE TIME OF ESTABLISHMENT AND PUBLICATION, NO BIDDER HAD MANIFESTED INTEREST IN  THE TENDER.
