The opening of administrative and technical offers will take place on 31/05/2024 at 1 p.m. sharp in the meeting room of the Far North Regional Council in Maroua, Djarengol-Pitoaré District, Tel: 222 29 01 50/ 222 29 01 51 , in the presence of the bidders. Only bidders may attend this opening session or be represented by a single person (even in the case of a group) of their choice with perfect knowledge of the file and duly authorized. At the end of the analysis of the administrative and technical offers, the opening of the financial offers will be carried out under the same conditions, at a later date which will be communicated to the bidders having had the compliant administrative file and obtained an equal or higher technical score. at 70 points out of 100.
