Following the unavoidable circumstances beyond our control, the Regional Delegate of Public Contracts for the North West Region (Contracting Authority) hereby postpones the opening of bids for the above Tenders to Tuesday 10th April 2018.The Delegate regrets all Inconveniences caused by this postponement and the time remains unchanged.
