ARTICLE 1: That the will-be contractor should contact the Contracting Authority Menchum (The Divisional Delegate of Public Contracts, Menchum) latest Thursday 11th May 2017 for necessary formalities inview of the establishment of the required contracts (Jobbing Orders) otherwise the contract award will automatically be cancelled and further measures taken for the award process to continue.
ARTICLE2: That this present decision gives an automatic release of the bids (Bid Bond/Bid
Security/caution reference inclusive)of the unsuccessfui bidders exception of copies of the bids destined for the Regulatory Organ. The unsuccessful bidders have maximum fifteen (15) days to withdraw their bids otherwise they will be destroyed without further information.
ARTICLE3; That this present decision shall be registered, published and communicated
whenever and wherever necessary.
