MINDFUL OF: Circular N° 001/CAB/PR of 19 June 2012 in relation to the award and control of Public Contracts

MINDFUL OF:the Decree N° 2011/412 of 09 December 2011 reorganising the Presidency of the Republic;

CONSIDERING: Open National Invitation to N° 033/ONIT/RDMINMAP/NWRTB/2016 of 29/11/2016 for the completion of the construction of a water supply project for NGU, MBIRIPKA, NKING AND NGURI VILLAGES IN NWA Council Area North West Region.

            DECIDES

Article 1: That, the Contract to carry out the completion of the construction of a water supply project for NGU, MBIRIPKA, NKING AND NGURI VILLAGES IN NWA Council Area North West Region following the invitation to tender mentioned above is awarded to the enterprise herein mentioned below, as follows:
