MindfuI of Decree N° 81/350 of 13/8/81 (Amended by Decree N° 82/54 of 9/2/82 to set up the North West Development Authority (MIDENO)

MindfuI of Decree N°93/056 of 06/02/93 appointing Mr John Begheni Ndeh, the Director General of the North West Development Authority (MIDENO)

MindfuI of Decree No 2004/275 of 24/9/2004 instituting the Public Contracts Code;

Considering the Launching of call for quotation No 004/DC/MIDENO/M/TB/MIDENO/2016 of 20-February 2017 for the rehabilitation of Structures/ Infrastructures in the Babanki Cattle Holding Station;

Considering the observations. Recommendations and proposals for award No 18/DMITB/2017 of 14th March 2017 from the MIDENO Internal Tenders Board

- And considering the necessity of service;

HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS

Article 1: AMBE & SONS ENTERPRISE, has been awarded the contract to rehabilitate/construct One (1) Office block, One (1) Pit toilet for the Office block, One (1) Residential Building. One (1) Pit toilet for the Residential Building and One (1) Dry House Type 2 at the Santa Coffee Estate Farms in Mezam Division belonging to the North West Development Authority (MIDENO) for the sum of Fourteen million inclusive thousand five hundred and eighty three (14,354,583) FCFA VAT

Article 2: The rehabilitated/Constructed structures/Infrastructures shall be delivered within the duration of Two (02) Months from the date of notification to start delivery.

Article 3: The present Decision shall be registered and communicated wherever and whenever necessary.
