MINDFUL OF: The circular N° 001/C/MINFl of 28/12/2016 on instructions relating to the execution of the finance law, the control and the follow up of the execution of the State Budget, Administrative, Public Establishment of Councils and State Organizations for the 2017 financial Year;

MINDFUL OF: The Invitation to tender in emergency procedure N° 07 /ONIT/ MINMAP /RDNW/ DDBOYO/DTB//2017 of 03/04/2017 for the extension works of potable water supply system by gravity: at IKUJA, FUNDONG COUNCIL and FLO, FONFUKA COUNCIL, BOYO Division

DECIDES

Article1: That jobbing orders for the extension works of potable water supply system by gravity at IKUJA, FUNDONG COUNCIL and FLO,FONFUKA COUNCIL, BOYO Division, following the invitation to tender mentioned above are awarded to the enterprises herein mentioned below, as follows:

Article 2: The successful bidders are requested to report at the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts for BOYO, to sign their draft jobbing orders

Article 3; Bidders who were not successful are requested to withdraw their files in two weeks time. After this deadline, they will be destroyed.

Article 4: This present decision shall be published and registered where need be,
